A. Most venues and vendors are allowing contract cancelation with refund if there is another stay at home order due to a pandemic.

Q. What are the costs for your services?

A. Each event will vary by cost depending which package you select and we will build you a quote. But we understand weddings/events costs and do not want you to feel like you are paying for another venue!

A. Absolutely not, we at midnight believe in unlimited communication from when you select us as your planner. We want to be there for you throughout the entire process!

Q. What is your booking process?

A. Once you select Midnight Productions to plan your event, you will receive our contract to sign. At signature a deposit will be due and remainder will be spilt up to the first meeting and final payment due 60 days before the event.

Q. Who will be working with us?

A. You will have the owner as your planning coordinator and a day of coordinator. There can be up to two day of coordinators depending on the size of the event.

Q. What are the policies and procedures regarding ​COVID-19?

Q. When we get a selected number of meetings, is that our only communication?
